Each risk is graded from 1 to 5 for their impact and their likelihood, then classed as Red, Amber or Green. The risks are listed below, divided into their colour rating, including their score.

R96 - The growth and spread of antimicrobial resistance (3 impact, 3 likelihood)
R97 - Emerging infectious disease (3 impact, 3 likelihood)
R84 - Drought (3 impact, 3 likelihood)
R78 - Disruption to or loss of telecommunications systems (3 impact, 3 likelihood)

Yellow risks

These risks are less likely to happen and will have a lower impact.
